Board Approves $75M Increase in Share Repurchase Authorization
The board approved an increase to the company's share repurchase authorization by $75M. This incremental authorization adds to the existing $75M that was approved by the board in November 2025, bringing the total share repurchase authorization to $150M through November 30, 2028. Under the expanded authorization, the company has repurchased 205,000 shares for approximately $30.3M during the first quarter of 2026, with $119.7M remaining available.
