Willdan Group announced that it was selected by Mt. San Antonio College in California to implement a $49M energy services contract. The scope of work consists of the turnkey delivery of distributed energy resources and infrastructure upgrades, including solar PV systems, a battery energy storage system, EV charging stations, and a parking lot redesign. Construction is expected to be completed by the third quarter of 2027. Willdan is listed as a qualified energy service company in the state of California and holds a master services agreement with the Foundation for California Community Colleges to implement DERs at California Community Colleges - including Mt. SAC - as well as other public sector facilities.

Reports Q4 revenue $173.7M, up 20.6%. "The fourth quarter capped an outstanding 2025 for Willdan, with double-digit full year organic growth across key metrics and the completion of three strategic acquisitions," said Mike Bieber, Willdan's President and Chief Executive Officer. "AI and data centers are driving electricity demand and increasing grid complexity, fueling investment across our end markets. Willdan is well positioned, well capitalized, and plans to continue expanding its range of solutions."

Sees FY26 net revenue $390M-$405M.
