Voyager Technologies announced the appointment of Shoshanna Moody as chief administrative officer, effective immediately. In this position, Moody will oversee enterprise operations, human resources, regulatory compliance, facilities, risk management, and corporate services. Moody most recently served as a fractional chief operating officer and previously held leadership roles at Instacart and Lyft.

Starlab Space, a global joint venture involving Voyager Technologies, announced a partnership with Helogen Corporation, the automation platform industrializing orbit by enabling scalable, regulatory-grade manufacturing and autonomous biological operations in space. "This partnership reflects exactly how we envision life sciences operating in low Earth orbit," said Marshall Smith, CEO of Starlab. Voyager Technologies announced the promotion of John Baum to chief marketing officer, leading the company's global brand, marketing and strategic communications as the company accelerates growth across space, defense and national security markets. Baum previously served as executive vice president of strategy and advanced concepts.

Voyager Technologies announced a strategic partnership with ATMOS Space Cargo, expanding access to space for scientific discovery and technology advancement. Under the signed memorandum of understanding, Voyager Europe will serve as ATMOS' integration and implementation partner, while ATMOS will provide free-flying orbital vehicles with controlled and precise return capability, enabling end-to-end microgravity missions from launch through on-orbit operations and return to Earth. "Voyager brings deep mission management experience and a global integration capability that aligns perfectly with our free-flyer services," said Sebastian Klaus, CEO and co-founder, ATMOS Space Cargo.
