Veon announced a strategic collaboration to deploy artificial intelligence-powered analytics tools across Veon's global operations. Under the collaboration, MindBridge will support Veon's operating companies in finance, internal controls and internal audit with solutions that create standardized, scalable analyses of financial and operational data. Veon will adopt MindBridge's Central Insights Factory as a group-wide AI-powered platform that analyzes all transactions.

Veon (VEON) notes that Kyivstar Group Ltd. (KYIV) has announced the Group's preliminary estimates of selected unaudited financial information for the year ended December 31, 2025 compared to the Group's actual financial results for the year ended December 31, 2024. Based on information currently available to management, and subject to uncertainties, for the year ended December 31, 2025, the Group estimates that: Revenue growth, measured in U.S. dollars, will fall within the low and high range of 24% and 26% on a year-on-year basis as compared to December 31, 2024. Adjusted EBITDA growth, measured in U.S. dollars, will fall within the low and high range of 24% and 26% on a year-on-year basis as compared to December 31, 2024. Capex Intensity for the year ended December 31, 2025 will fall within the low and high range of 29%and 31%.

NETSOL Technologies (NTWK) announced the appointment of Sardar Abubakr, as CFO Abubakr will be based in Dubai, UAE. Roger Almond, the Company's current CFO, will remain with NETSOL as Chief Accounting Officer, responsible for NETSOL's global accounting operations and the preparation of its Forms 10-Q and Form 10-K filings. Most recently, Abubakr served as Vice President of New Business Ventures and M&A at Jazz, a subsidiary of VEON Group (VEON).
