As a result of Timberland's solid earnings, our Board of Directors announced a 4% increase to the quarterly cash dividend to shareholders to $0.25 per share, payable on November 29, 2024, to shareholders of record on November 15, 2024. Timberland's continued solid financial performance has allowed us to increase the quarterly cash dividend to our shareholders while continuing to maintain a strong capital position." This represents the 48th consecutive quarter Timberland will have paid a cash dividend.
