Reports Q2 revenue $5.9M, one estimate $5.76M. Randall K. ReposiTrak announced a significantly expanded strategic partnership with the National Grocers Association. Through this enhanced collaboration, NGA has selected ReposiTrak as its strategic partner of traceability compliance management, and the two organizations will jointly deliver new education, training, and resources.

ReposiTrak announced that its board of directors has approved a new 10B5-1 share repurchase program, authorizing the repurchase of up to $2M of the company's common stock.
