Sprott Asset Management announced that it has updated its at-the-market equity program to issue up to $250M of units of the Trust in the United States and Canada.

Sprott Asset Management announced that the Trust has updated its at-the-market equity program to issue an additional $100M of units of the Trust in the United States and Canada pursuant to a prospectus supplement dated September 9 to the short form base shelf prospectus dated June 12. Distributions will no longer be made under previous ATM Program prospectus supplements, including the prospectus supplement dated June 12.

Sprott Asset Management, a subsidiary of Sprott Inc., on behalf of the Sprott Physical Platinum and Palladium Trust, announced that the Trust has updated its at-the-market equity program to issue an additional $50M of units of the Trust in the United States and Canada pursuant to a prospectus supplement dated March 31, to the short form base shelf prospectus dated September 6, 2024.
