Wells Fargo analyst John Kilichowski lowered the firm's price target on Sila Realty Trust to $25 from $27 and keeps an Equal Weight rating on the shares. The firm says that despite a few high-profile exceptions, most REITs delivered Q3 2025 earnings and outlooks reflecting healthy operating conditions despite macro and labor market concerns.
