QuickLogic announced it has been awarded a $13M contract. This funding will support the continued development and demonstration of Strategic Radiation Hardened high reliability Field Programmable Gate Array technology. The initiative aims to meet current and future Department of War strategic and space system requirements.

QuickLogic announced that it has received orders for its Strategic Radiation Hardened FPGA Development Kit, or SRH FPGA Dev Kit. These SRH FPGA Dev Kits include the SRH FPGA test chips, funded last year by QuickLogic, that have been fabricated on GlobalFoundries' industry-proven 12 nm process technology. Delivery of the SRH FPGA Dev Kit is currently scheduled for late Q1.

QuickLogic announced that the scope of its Prime U.S. government contract for the development of Strategic Radiation Hardened - SRH -, high reliability Field Programmable Gate Array - FPGA - technology to support identified and future Department of Defense, or DoD, strategic and space system requirements has been increased to include GlobalFoundries 12LP fabrication process. With this, the total ceiling value has been increased to $88M over multiple years. Under the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering, this project is sponsored by DoD's Trusted and Assured Microelectronics Program, and Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane is the Government's technical lead.
