Perma-Fix Environmental Services announced that it has received a final Dangerous Mixed Waste Permit Renewal for its Perma-Fix Northwest, PFNW, Mixed Waste Facility, MWF, located in Richland, Washington. The permit, issued by the Washington Department of Ecology, became effective January 1, 2026. The renewed permit updates PFNW's original 1999 permit to reflect the facility's current treatment units, infrastructure, safety systems, and operating practices, and represents a significant milestone for the Company's nuclear services platform. PFNW has continued to operate safely under its prior permit while the renewal process was underway and also maintains separate radioactive material licenses from the Washington Department of Health.

Perma-Fix Environmental Services announced a joint distribution agreement with Enforcer One, a U.S.-based manufacturer of FIREBULL fluorine-free firefighting agents and Enforcer brand compressed air foam systems, CAFS. The collaboration is designed to provide fire departments, industrial facilities, airports, defense organizations, and other high-risk sites with a complete, end-to-end solution for retiring legacy Per- and polyfluoroalkyl substance-based aqueous film forming foams and replacing them with next-generation fluorine-free foams-covering both the destruction of legacy PFAS-contaminated firefighting foam stocks and the sale of PFAS-free replacement foam concentrates and equipment.

Reports Q3 revenue $17.454M vs $16.812M last year. Mark Duff, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, commented, "We are pleased to report improved performance driven by a 45% year-over-year revenue increase and gross margin improvement in our Treatment Segment to 17.3% from 4.5% in the prior year. Higher waste volumes and growing international shipments contributed to improved results, and our treatment backlog continues to build, which we expect will lead to continued improvement through 2026. This growth spans both government and commercial waste streams, further diversifying our customer base and strengthening our overall operating performance."
