Nortech Systems announced that Andrew Walko has been named Senior Vice President of Global Operations. In his new role, Walko will replace John Lindeen, who is retiring in the first quarter of 2026, and will be responsible for overseeing the Company's global operations, including Nortech's facilities in the U.S., Mexico and China, as well as the Company's global supply chain, new product introductions, production planning and on-time delivery. Walko has extensive experience in the medical device industry including top-level executive roles at Sanuwave and Biomerics, as well as senior manufacturing operations leadership roles at Minnetronix.

Reports Q3 revenue $30.48M vs $31.4M last year. "Nortech's third quarter results reflect continued evidence our restructuring efforts combined with cost discipline are paying off. A planned positive shift from first builds to recurring production across programs transferred between our plants is due to increased manufacturing efficiencies. I am very proud of the entire team's execution and focus to achieve our goals," said President & CEO, Jay D. Miller.

Reports Q2 revenue $30.7M vs $33.891M last year. "Our second quarter results are testament to the dedication, resilience, and execution of our entire team. Despite lower revenues compared with the second quarter of 2024, we delivered improved earnings and a positive EBITDA this quarter-near-term evidence that our restructuring efforts and cost discipline are paying off. Increased plant utilization and improved manufacturing efficiencies across transferred programs are building the operational foundation we need for sustained performance improvement," said President & CEO, Jay D. Miller.

Nortech Systems announced an expansion in its fiber optic capabilities with the integration of MT connectors. The company stated MT connectors support multiple fiber terminations in a compact form factor, offering superior scalability and flexibility for complex connectivity in rugged environments, particularly for aerospace and defense applications. Nortech highlighted advantages including high data transmission, compact design, and reliability for applications like avionics, secure networks, and surveillance systems.
