Lead Real Estate announced the completion of its single-family home project, Naoi Style Nakameguro Yutenji 1-Chome, located in Meguro-ku, Tokyo. As previously disclosed, construction of the property commenced in February 2025. The property has received its completion certificate and has begun marketing activities for the property. Eiji Nagahara, Chief Executive Officer of LRE, commented: "The completion of Naoi Style Nakameguro Yutenji 1-Chome reflects our continued execution within the luxury single-family home segment in central Tokyo. We remain focused on disciplined development and project delivery consistent with our business strategy."

Lead Real Estate announced that Ken Takahashi has been appointed CFO, effective January 1, 2026. Mr. Takahashi will lead all finance, capital markets, and corporate planning activities. Takahashi previously served as Senior Executive Officer and Head of the Financial Management Office at Fujimoto Holdings.

Lead Real Estate Board of Directors approved the distribution of a dividend to shareholders of 10 JPY, or about $0.07, for each American Depository Receipt. One ADR is equal to one ordinary LRE share. The dividend, of $0.07 per share, a total of approximately $923,810, or approximately 139,419,000 JPY, is subject to final approval by LRE shareholders, to take place on September 29, 2025. If approved, the distribution will be made on September 30, 2025. LRE's most recent distribution of a cash dividend to shareholders was $0.02 per share and occurred on September 30, 2024.

Lead Real Estate announcing the official start of the "Master Lease Business" and the sale of the hotel site "ENT TERRACE Tsukiji 6-chome." LRE is announcing the official start of the operation of its "Master Lease Business" by LRE Management Co., a wholly owned subsidiary of LRE, which operates hotels, inns, and guest houses. The Master Lease Business mainly includes fixed term building lease agreements between owners of extended-stay type hotels and the Company. Specifically, after the purchase of a piece of land has been completed, the Company signs a fixed-term building lease reservation agreement and management reservation agreement with the new owner, pursuant to which LRE and the new owner will enter into a fixed term building lease agreement and management agreement upon completion of construction of the building. Under a fixed term building lease agreement and management agreement, LRE will agree to rent the hotel from the owner, operate the hotel business and property management, and generate revenue. In return, an agreed amount will be paid back to the owner in the form of rent by the Company.
