Reports Q3 revenue $28.5M vs $29M last year. Commenting on the company's third quarter results, Brent C. Bruun, KVH's Chief Executive Officer, said, "We delivered a strong third quarter, and our strategic focus on airtime revenue and subscriber growth continues to yield positive results. Highlights of the third quarter included a new record for vessel subscriber growth, record quarterly shipments of communication terminals, sequential and year-over-year service revenue growth, and the acquisition of customer and vendor agreements and other assets from a satellite services provider operating in the Asia-Pacific region."

Reports Q2 revenue $26.6M vs $28.7M last year. Commenting on the company's second quarter results, Brent C. Bruun, KVH's Chief Executive Officer, said, "Our second quarter results reflect our ongoing efforts to transform our business model and operations despite challenging industry conditions. Compared to the first quarter of this year, revenues were up $1.2 million, adjusted EBITDA increased $1.7 million, and cash grew by $7.3 million."

KVH Industries unveiled the newest expansion to its CommBox Edge Communications Gateway-the Secure Suite threat detection and response service. CommBox Edge Secure Suite actively identifies and blocks harmful traffic in real time to reduce the risks to vessel communications, operations, and network security. Secure Suite is fully compatible with both the CommBox Edge 6 and Edge 2 belowdeck appliances and the CommBox Edge virtual machine option, making it an easy-to-use and versatile cybersecurity upgrade to the CommBox Edge's robust network and bandwidth management capabilities.

Bruun, KVH's Chief Executive Officer, said, "We had anticipated declines in both our airtime revenue for GEO-based services and overall revenue, and our first quarter results reflect the positive impact of our strategic initiatives and commitment to managing our costs. Subscribing vessels increased 5% sequentially, gross profit grew sequentially, and our operating expenses remain under control."
