Establishment Labs (ESTA) announced a leadership transition of Raj Denhoy, current CFO to senior VP, global strategy, and the appointment of Cassandra Harris to senior VP and CFO, effective March 9. Most recently, Harris served as senior VP, finance and CFO of Genesco (GCO).

Genesco announced that Cassandra Harris, CFO, is stepping down from her role effective March 6 to pursue other opportunities. Harris will assist with a transition, participate in Genesco's fourth quarter and fiscal year 2026 earnings conference call in early March and will continue to support the company as a consultant and principal accounting officer through the filing of the company's FY26 Form 10-K on March 25. The company has initiated an active search for a permanent CFO. Effective March 6, Mimi Vaughn, Genesco's CEO, will assume the role of interim CFO. In this transition, Vaughn, who served as Genesco's CFO from 2015 to 2019, will work closely with the company's financial leadership team and management.

Genesco announced a strategic transformation of its information technology operations, advancing to a new business model designed to improve speed and scalability, accelerate AI-enabled innovation and automation, and more closely align technology capabilities with the company's evolving business priorities. As part of the transformation, Genesco is partnering with a global technology provider and adopting new tools and ways of working. The new operating model is expected to be implemented in phases and the company expects that some positions will be impacted within its IT organization. The company is committed to supporting affected team members through the transition.
