Gap announced that its board of directors has authorized a first quarter fiscal year 2026 dividend of 17.5c per share, payable on or after April 29 to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 8. The first quarter fiscal year 2026 dividend represents an increase of 6% compared to the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2025.

Gap announced the appointment of Pam Kaufman as Executive Vice President, Chief Entertainment Officer. In this newly created role, Kaufman will report to Gap President and CEO, Richard Dickson, starting February 2. The role is designed to build and scale Gap's entertainment, content, and licensing platform across music, television, film, sports, gaming, consumer products, and cultural collaborations-championing innovative storytelling to unlock value at the intersection of fashion and entertainment. Most recently, Kaufman served as President and CEO of International Markets, Global Consumer Products and Experiences at Paramount.
