Post Q4 results, the firm raised its 2026 and 2027 FFO estimates for First Industrial, adding that it estimates attractive three- and five-year FFO and FAD price/earnings to growth ratios despite below-average financial leverage. The firm added that its new price target implies a roughly 13% total potential return.
