F&M Bank, an Archbold, Ohio-based bank owned by Farmers & Merchants Bancorp, announced the appointment of Amy Cover to Chief Marketing & Experience Officer. The board of Farmers & Merchants Bancorp, the holding company of F&M Bank, announced that it has approved the company's quarterly cash dividend of 22.75c per share. The Q3 dividend is payable on October 20 to shareholders of record as of October 10. The 22.75c per share cash dividend reflects a 0.625c per share, or 2.82% increase in the quarterly dividend, and a 2.5c per share increase in the company's annual dividend. This represents the 31st consecutive annual increase in the company's regular dividend payment.
