ENvue Medical announced that the United States Patent and Trademark Office, USPTO, has issued a Notice of Allowance for the Company's patent application titled "Feeding Tube with Electromagnetic Sensor and Camera," Application No. 18/199,059. "We believe that this allowance reflects our long-term vision to evolve enteral access from blind or indirect methods to intelligent, visualized placement," said Doron Besser, MD, Chief Executive Officer of ENvue Medical. "Integrating electromagnetic guidance with direct internal visualization expands the clinical value of our platform and strengthens our ability to build a differentiated technology ecosystem. Upon issuance, we expect the patent to expand our intellectual property protection across both navigation and visualization, reinforcing the strength and breadth of our next-generation product development platform. We also expect it to further solidify our competitive positioning in the enteral access market and support the continued evolution of the ENvue(TM) Navigation Platform toward intelligent, visualized placement."

ENvue Medical announced the signing of a distribution agreement with U-Deliver to distribute ENvue's recently launched over-the-counter reusable ENFit Syringes product line nationwide through non-acute care channels. "We believe that our partnership with U-Deliver is an important step in scaling ENvue's over-the-counter ENFit syringe line and strengthening our presence in the non-acute enteral care market," said Doron Besser, MD, Chief Executive Officer of ENvue Medical. ENvue Medical announced the appointment of Marc Waldman as Vice President, Commercial. In this role, Mr. Waldman will lead ENvue's U.S. commercialization strategy, with a focus on expanding its existing presence in 38 hospitals and accelerating revenue across the Company's enteral platform. Waldman has over 35 years of experience in the medical device industry, including nearly a decade with NeoMed and, following its acquisition, with Avanos Medical, where he served as North America Sales Director for the neonatal enteral feeding portfolio.

ENvue Medical announced the launch of a line of over-the-counter ENFit Syringes designed to meet both feeding and medication delivery clinical needs.
