Datasea has achieved "a foundational research breakthrough" in its ultrasonic-enhanced nanoscale precision control technology, representing a step-change in the Company's technical architecture and underlying acoustic engineering capabilities. The company said, "This milestone also marks the establishment of an engineering-level core technology architecture oriented toward next-generation semiconductor manufacturing applications. The Company stated that this breakthrough reflects progress at the foundational research and architectural levels, rather than a single-point laboratory result. By systematically integrating ultrasonic enhancement mechanisms with ultra-precision composite manufacturing processes, Datasea is constructing a systems-level precision control architecture and related technical framework designed to address increasing complexity, stability, and nanoscale accuracy requirements in advanced semiconductor process environments. This stage of R&D progress provides a technical foundation for subsequent engineering validation and application scenario exploration. The technology remains in the research and engineering validation stage and has not yet entered commercialization."

Reports 2H26 gross profit $2.36M vs.$0.61M in the same period last year, representing an increase of $1.75M, or 284.4% year-over-year. Datasea pre-announced its unaudited financial results for Q2. Revenue for the six months ended December 31 is expected to be approximately $26.68M. Gross profit is expected to be approximately $2.32M, representing an increase of approximately 278% year-over-year compared to the same period of fiscal year 2025. Gross margin is expected to be approximately 8.70%, a significant improvement from 1.48% in the prior-year period. Zhixin Liu, CEO, commented: "The six-month period ended December 31, 2025 represents an important milestone in the Company's strategic transformation. While we intentionally moderated the pace of revenue expansion, our gross profit increased by 278% year-over-year and gross margin expanded to 8.7%, underscoring the effectiveness of our shift toward high-value, technology-driven businesses. We believe that the significant improvement in profit quality helps support the Company's long-term sustainable development strategy. Datasea announced that Guozhong Times Technology, a variable interest entity of Datasea, together with its partner Yizhimei Technology, has officially launched an 18-month channel sales and market expansion execution plan. The plan is designed to accelerate the commercial deployment and market adoption of the collaboratively acoustic-driven haircare robots and related solutions across health management and consumer-facing service scenarios. According to Channel Execution Plan, the relevant parties intend to advance, on a phased basis, the deployment of approximately 10,000 "effective market terminals," each corresponding to an acoustic haircare robot, in order to support the pace of commercialization of its products and solutions. These "effective market terminals" primarily include the following two pathways: Under the venue-owner channel pathway, Yizhimei and the Company treat the sale of complete acoustic haircare robot units and integrated equipment solutions as the core revenue driver. Through cooperation with partner-operated health lifestyle venues, venue owners act as the primary on-site operators responsible for the deployment and ongoing operation of the acoustic haircare robots. Within the Channel Execution Plan, this pathway targets coverage of approximately 3,000 health lifestyle venues across China. The internal execution reference pricing level for the related products is approximately RMB 19,800 per unit with actual pricing subject to dynamic adjustment based on cooperation structures and market conditions.
