Reports Q4 revenue $95.79M, consensus $99.61M. "Our fourth quarter results end a solid year of executing on our strategic plan of expanding our revenue across products and geographies while growing the direct-to-consumer (DTC) revenue streams," said In Keuk Kim, CEO of DoubleDown. "With the first full quarter of WHOW Games results, our fourth quarter social casino revenue grew approximately 9% year-over-year. And, our DTC revenue grew to over 30% of total social casino revenue in the fourth quarter as a result of our continuing efforts to promote DTC channels to customers. Finally, our SuprNation iGaming subsidiary saw 78% year-over-year growth in the fourth quarter, reflecting our continued success in prudently scaling new player acquisition activities."

DoubleDown Interactive announced the pricing of an underwritten secondary offering of 2,330,468 American Depositary Shares, each ADS representing 0.05 common share of the Company, at a public offering price of $8.00 per ADS by STIC Special Situation Diamond Limited. The offering consists entirely of the ADSs to be sold by the Selling Shareholder and will not change the number of Common Shares that are outstanding. The Company will not receive any proceeds from the sale of the ADSs by the Selling Shareholder. The offering is expected to close on or about December 18, 2025, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. Roth Capital Partners is acting as Lead Bookrunning Manager and Texas Capital Securities is acting as Co-Bookrunning Manager for the offering.

Reports Q3 revenue $95.8M, consensus $94.63M. The company said, "Our ongoing strategic operating priorities, focused on driving a high conversion of revenue to cash flow, resulted in strong third quarter results as we generated $33.4 million in cash flow from operations during the period. Growth in our social casino games reflects initial contributions from the WHOW Games transaction, which increased our European revenue. Although the initial results from WHOW Games are encouraging, we are still assessing their operations and will include the impact on our social casino KPIs in our fourth quarter 2025 results. Our understanding at this time is that WHOW Games may generally have a higher payer conversion rate and lower average monthly revenue per payer. In the third quarter, our SuprNation iGaming business generated another period of record revenue and rose 108% from Q3 2024 to $16.2 million, reflecting the success of our strategies to prudently scale investments to acquire new players for our iGaming sector."
