CPI Aerostructures (CVU) announced that Embraer S.A. of Brazil (EMBJ) has placed several additional orders totaling $4.2 million against a previously announced Life of Program Agreement to manufacture engine inlet assemblies for the Embraer Phenom 300 business jets. These new orders will see deliveries continue through mid-2026 with continued funding anticipated in support of this life-of-program contract. "CPI Aero has been a supplier of Engine Inlets to Embraer since 2012. As of December 2025, we have delivered over 940 shipsets for the Phenom 300 business jet, demonstrating our strength in structural assembly and integration; supply chain and program management; manufacturing engineering, and quality assurance. CPI is proud of Embraer's continued trust to deliver high quality subassemblies in support of this industry leading aircraft and ready to increase capacity to support this strategic customer," stated Dorith Hakim, CPI Aero's CEO & President.

CPI Aerostructures (CVU) announced that Lockheed Martin Aeronautics (LMT) has placed several additional orders totaling $9M against a previously announced Long Term Agreement to manufacture the Rudder Island Drag Chute Canister assemblies for the F-16 Block 70/72 fighter jets. These new orders will see deliveries continue through 2028. CPI Aero delivered its first RI/DCC assembly for the F-16 Block 70/72 in June 2021. CPI was awarded a second follow-on multi-year contract in 2023. This recent award adds funding for additional quantities under that Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity ontract.

CPI Aerostructures announced that it has appointed Robert Mannix to the position of CFO. Pamela Levesque, interim CFO, will step down but will remain on CPI Aero's board of directors. Prior to joining CPI Aero, Mannix served as executive VP, chief accounting officer, and head of tax and treasury at West Technology Group.

CPI Aerostructures (CVU) announced that Raytheon, an RTX (RTX) business, authorized CPI Aero to begin manufacturing of Pods and Air Management System, AMS, for the follow-on Lot 5 Production phase of the Next Generation Jammer Mid-Band, NGJ-MB, program. Initial funding is set at $21.1 million with a not-to-exceed of $42.3 million. This Lot 5 contract award supports deliveries beginning in 2027. This award is in recognition of CPI Aero's performance delivering Next Generation Jammer-Mid Band Pods and AMS on or ahead of schedule.
