The Board of Directors of Cohen & Steers declared a cash dividend for the first quarter of 2026 in the amount of 67c per share of common stock, representing an 8.1% increase from the 62c per share dividend last quarter. The dividend is payable on March 19 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 9.

Cohen & Steers reported preliminary assets under management of $93.1B as of January 31, an increase of $2.5B from assets under management of $90.5B at December 31. The increase was due to market appreciation of $2.2B and net inflows of $449M, partially offset by distributions of $153M.

Cohen & Steers reported preliminary assets under management of $90.5B as of December 31, 2025, a decrease of $1.4B from assets under management of $91.9B at November 30, 2025. The decrease was due to market depreciation of $1.4B and distributions of $574M, partially offset by net inflows of $574M.
