"Considering the rather volatile market, especially in the transportation sector, we are very pleased to end 2025 in a strong position with our operating results coming in slightly better than expected. This is a testament to Clean Energy's leadership position in the alternative fuel space and the product that we offer - RNG - being seen as the most viable, affordable, and ready-now clean fuel solution for fleets. 2025 saw significant retreats by other alternative solutions, but the number of transit buses, refuse trucks and heavy-duty trucks operating on RNG all grew throughout the year, resulting in the increase in our gallons sold. We were able to prudently deleverage our strong balance sheet using available cash and investments, positioning us well going into 2026. These strong results and an optimistic outlook are due to the talented team at Clean Energy and their dedication to providing a cleaner way forward in the heavy-duty vehicle market."

Clean Energy reports Q4 adjusted EPS 2c, consensus (4c)

Clean Energy Fuels completed its renewable natural gas facility located at South Fork Dairy in Dimmitt, Texas. The facility is now producing pipeline-quality RNG and has begun injecting into the interstate natural gas pipeline. Now one of the largest RNG production plants in the country, South Fork is home to a herd of 17,500 dairy cows and has the capability to produce approximately 2.6 million gallons of low-carbon RNG annually. The facility will process up to 300,000 gallons of dairy manure each day utilizing the four anaerobic digesters on-site, along with manure processing and advanced gas conversion equipment. The RNG produced is injected directly into an on-site gas line. Financed entirely by Clean Energy, the project broke ground in July 2024 and totaled $85M. Clean Energy will receive 100 percent of the RNG fuel produced at South Fork Dairy.

Clean Energy Fuels announced that it was awarded a contract to design and build a new hydrogen fueling station for Gold Coast Transit District, which serves multiple cities in Ventura County, CA. The contract includes a five-year maintenance agreement for what will be a private station that initially will fuel five fuel cell buses, with plans to eventually transition a fleet of approximately 70 vehicles to zero emissions by 2040. This is part of GCTD's vision to provide environmentally responsible public transportation. GCTD was awarded $12.1M by the U.S. Department of Transportation's Federal Transit Administration to construct a new hydrogen station and purchase hydrogen fuel cell electric buses. The new hydrogen station is expected to be completed in 2027 and will be located at GCTD's Oxnard facility.
