B2Gold President and CEO Clive Johnson Announces Retirement
B2Gold announced that as part of the Company's leadership succession planning, Clive Johnson has decided to retire from his role as President, Chief Executive Officer, CEO, and Director of the Company at the Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on June 4, 2026. The Board of Directors has named Mike Cinnamond, Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of B2Gold, to succeed Johnson as President and CEO. Cinnamond will also replace Johnson on the Board of Directors.
