American Rebel Beverages announced a statewide distribution agreement with Gulf Distributing Holdings. This partnership marks a major milestone in American Rebel Light Beer's expansion, bringing full-coverage distribution across the entire state of Alabama through Gulf Distributing's integrated network.

Champion Safe Company, a subsidiary of American Rebel Holdings, partnered with A1 Safe and Vault Company at the 2026 Western Hunting & Conservation Expo in Salt Lake City, Utah. "The collaboration delivered a highly successful show for A1, with enthusiastic attendees purchasing Champion Safes and exploring advanced vault solutions, solidifying A1's reputation as Utah's premier provider of high-quality security products," the company said.

American Rebel Holdings has executed a distribution agreement with Jefferson Distributing Company, a wholesaler founded in 1960 and based in Charles Town, West Virginia. Under the distribution agreement, recently executed on February 10, 2026, Jefferson will add American Rebel's core SKUs to its portfolio and introduce the brand across Jefferson, Morgan and Berkeley counties, servicing independent retailers, regional chains and on-premise accounts. This agreement establishes American Rebel's first distributor footprint in West Virginia, with a targeted market rollout planned for Spring 2026, pending final production scheduling and required state approvals.
