Allegion has acquired privately held DCI Hollow Metal on Demand. Based in the Los Angeles, California, area, DCI is a leading U.S. manufacturer of custom, quick ship hollow metal doors and frames for industrial, commercial and institutional markets. DCI solutions are installed in a wide range of facilities, including hospitals and medical centers, government buildings, K12 schools and universities, commercial offices and stadiums. DCI will operate as part of the Allegion Americas segment, led by Allegion senior VP Dave Ilardi.

The company expects full-year 2026 revenues to increase 5%-7% on a reported basis and increase 2%-4% organically, when compared to 2025, after excluding the expected impacts of acquisitions, divestitures and foreign currency movements. FY26 consensus $4.33B.
