The Company delivers energy to more than 800,000 homes and businesses across Texas and New Mexico through its regulated utilities, Texas-New Mexico Power Company (TNMP) and Public Service Company of New Mexico (PNM). Its segments include PNM, TNMP, and Corporate and other. The PNM segment provides integrated electricity services that include the generation, transmission, and distribution of electricity for retail electric customers in New Mexico. The segment also includes the generation and sale of electricity into the wholesale market. The TNMP segment provides transmission and distribution services at regulated rates to various REPs that, in turn, provide retail electric service to consumers within TNMP’s service area. The segment also provides transmission services at regulated rates to other utilities that interconnect with TNMP’s facilities.
