Hycroft Mining Holding Corporation is a gold and silver exploration and development company that owns the Hycroft Mine in the prolific mining region of Northern Nevada. Hycroft Mine, a gold and silver operation, is located 54 miles northwest of Winnemucca, spanning Humboldt and Pershing counties in Nevada. The Hycroft Mine is an operating segment and includes the mine site, exploration, and development activities.
