The Company purchases, roasts, and sells coffee, coffee accessories, and branded apparel through its online channels and business networks. Its product offerings include roast coffee, single-serve coffee, ready-to-drink (RTD) coffee, and Black Rifle Energy (RTD energy beverage). It offers Black Rifle branded apparel, coffee brewing equipment, and outdoor and lifestyle gear. The Company operates through three primary channels: Wholesale, Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), and Outposts. In its Wholesale channel, it sells packaged coffee and its RTD beverages through Food, Drug, and Mass (FDM) retailers such as Walmart, Sam’s Club, regional and national grocery chains, and convenience stores, such as 7-Eleven, Casey’s General Store, and Circle K. Its Outposts channel offers brewed coffee and Black Rifle Coffee merchandise. The Company also develops and promotes online content for the purpose of growing its brands.
