The Company is focused on acquiring and managing properties ranging from last-mile post offices to industrial facilities. Its portfolio includes Featured Properties and Dedicated Properties. The Company's Featured Properties are located in Bishopville, South Carolina; Gray, Louisiana; Pauline, Kansas; Reedville, Virginia; Warrendale, Pennsylvania, and others. Its Dedicated Properties are located in Pleasanton, Texas; Alpha, Illinois; Providence, Rhode Island; Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina; Baltimore, Maryland; Staten Island, New York, and others.
