The Company manufactures photomasks, which are used as masters to transfer circuit patterns onto semiconductor wafers and FPD substrates. The photomasks the Company manufactures incorporate circuit designs provided on a confidential basis by its customers. The Company sells its photomasks to semiconductor designers and manufacturers, and manufacturers of FPDs.
