Ondas Holdings Inc. is a provider of private wireless, drone, and automated data solutions through its subsidiaries, Ondas Networks Inc. (Ondas Networks), Ondas Autonomous Systems Inc. (OAS), Airobotics, Ltd (Airobotics), and American Robotics, Inc. The Company operates through two segments: Ondas Networks and OAS. Ondas Networks segment provides wireless connectivity solutions enabling mission-critical Industrial Internet applications and services. It designs, develops, manufactures, sells and supports FullMAX, its patented, Software Defined Radio (SDR) platform for secure, licensed, private, wide-area broadband networks.
