The Theatres segment owns or operates approximately 985 screens at 78 locations in 17 states under the Marcus Theatres, Movie Tavern by Marcus and Bistro Plex brands. The Company operates multiscreen motion picture theatres in Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, Arkansas, Colorado, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas and Virginia and a family entertainment center in Wisconsin. The Hotels and Resorts segment owns and/or manages around 16 hotels, resorts and other properties in eight states.
