Alphatec Holdings, Inc., through its wholly owned subsidiaries, Alphatec Spine, Inc., EOS imaging S.A.S. and SafeOp Surgical, Inc., is a medical device company. The Company is focused on the design, development, and advancement of technology for better surgical treatment of spine disorders. The Company's Organic Innovation Machine is focused on developing new approaches that integrate with its expanding Alpha InformatiX (AIX) Platform to better inform surgery and safely and reproducibly achieve the goals of spine surgery. Its technologies include AIX, positioners, access systems, implants and fixation systems, and biologics.
