Arcosa announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to sell Arcosa Marine Products to Wynnchurch Capital, L.P. for $450M in cash, subject to customary transaction adjustments. The sale is expected to close in the second quarter of 2026, after regulatory approval and satisfying other customary closing conditions. It produces and distributes natural aggregates serving both public infrastructure and private construction markets. Its Engineered Structures segment primarily manufactures and sells steel and concrete structures for infrastructure businesses, including utility structures for electricity transmission and distribution, structural wind towers, traffic and lighting structures, and telecommunication structures. Its Transportation Products segment manufactures and sells inland barges, fiberglass barge covers, winches, and marine hardware.
