The Company operates through two segments: Intermodal and Transportation Solutions (ITS), and Logistics. Its ITS segment includes its intermodal and dedicated trucking. Logistics also includes its brokerage business which provides third-party truckload, less-than-truckload (LTL), flatbed and temperature-controlled needs.
