The Company classifies its business into two segments: The Insurance segment, and Reinsurance. The Insurance segment comprises a specialized portfolio of risks that include property, marine, asset backed finance & portfolio credit, aviation and aerospace, political risk, violence & terror, energy, cyber, and other insurance risks. The Insurance segment also includes a portfolio of aviation and aerospace, energy, marine, property, and others. The Reinsurance segment is primarily a residential property catastrophe book, which includes property and retro and whole account reinsurance. The subsidiaries of the Company are Fidelis Insurance Bermuda Limited (FIBL), Fidelis Underwriting Limited (FUL), Fidelis Insurance Ireland DAC (FIID), and FIHL (UK) Services Limited (FSL).
